Overview

The World Health Organization has identified lack of physical activity as the fourth highest preventable cause of death in the world.

If you had the chance to help prevent illness and loss of life would you take it? The Weekly Fitness Challenge is doing just that. This is your invitation to join us in changing the future. And you can too! Join us in helping others to better health and fitness.

Campaign Overview & Significance

Our nation and every nation on this planet is in the midst of an ever increasing catastrophe of preventable premature death, preventable illnesses and preventable health conditions directly attributed to inactivity and poor nutritional habits.

Many well intentioned programs with financial backing were designed with the notion that if health education programming is made available, people will inhabit a healthier lifestyle. Evidence shows otherwise. Its time to create an approach that actually works effectively for the long term.

So here’s the question;

How can one unfunded international team possibly be deemed credible when their model is so distinctly different than the “experts” have endorsed for years?

Simple. The Weekly Fitness Challenge is based in human behavioral modeling. This dynamic program engages real counter-measures based in education, motivation & leadership & mentorship.

The Weekly Fitness Challenge is a dynamic campaign designed by professionals from around the world. The Weekly Fitness Challenge team has promoted the campaign via social media up until this point. Now we are kicking-off our first local campaign to be followed by a 24 month National series of local kick-offs. The first kick-off is August 11 – 13, 2011 in Knoxville and East Tennessee. We are seeking volunteers and strategic partners to make this powerful event a resounding success.

The Weekly Fitness Challenge team encourages you to join us. “Change the shape of the world!”
